    I recently bought a Refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad from BackMarket. It could not have been easier and I could not be happier. I wanted a "new" computer but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I love my new computer -- it looks brand new. there isn't a scratch on it. I got it within just a few days, set it up and have been using it ever sense.     The device arrived with a loose screw rattling around under the keyboard. The backplate and battery were removed to let it drop out, then returned to the case. The laptop booted as expected. Audio distortions became evident after some use. The speakers will probably have to be replaced. The Graphics card on the posting lists an RTX 3080. The model received has an RTX A2000 integrated with the motherboard. No in place upgrade is possible without swapping boards. Beyond this, it performs wonderfully. It's responsive. The memory and solid state drive passed tests and the machine benchmakred well for its components. The keyboard feels good to use. There aren't any dead keys or issues with the mouse pad. The only defect in the visuals is screen tearing when the content in the upper quarter of the screen updates quickly. This may be something I can address, but it's not a big concern for my use cases. It's a good weight. It's sturdy. It's very straightforward to service as I've come to expect from Lenovo ThinkPads. Customer support with Back Market offered me options to make things right for the wrong GPU. They were flexible, patient, understanding, and thorough. Minor miscommunications were easy to address, and to the last, every person who worked with me from the day the laptop was received until now has been wonderful.

    Never purchased from this refurbisher, BuyRefurbished; alas, my fears of receiving a DOA device was unfounded. All cables have a SKU attached as if they were freshly pulled from inventory. Screen itself was in good shape, with no dead pixels, and all ports work as expected. Box was not in the best shape, but can understand given that the serial number listed on the box matches the monitor.

    first time is hearing about back market was back in 2019 so I took a shot in 2021 to buy myself a new phone the OnePlus 7 pro, ( 3 and 1/2 years later phone still holding up very strong ) 3 1/2 years later I decide to buy myself a Lenovo 2 in 1 laptop excellent grade so far for the past 24 hours it's been great nothing but great products yeah.... Its may say ( excellent) refurbished but it's like they're taking the old products that can't be sold no longer in stores and stick them in a warehouse and wait for people to buy them in all reality there's really nothing wrong with these products.. would always recommend

    Absolutely stunned! The computer I ordered was advertised in Excellent condition- after inspection and testing I seriously can’t believe this thing was ever used, it’s practically brand new! Also idk if y’all sent me the wrong computer or not but it actually came with BETTER hardware than advertised. (No, you are not getting it back hehe..) I love it! Everything I dreamed and more :) Shipment arrived well packed to prevent any damage, nothing was loose (ram sticks seem to be a common thing that get loosened by shipping). Perfect condition, everything works exactly as it should. Buttery smooth playing Cyberpunk with Raytracing on High averaging 120fps. I have absolutely no notes for Lenovo or BackMarket. Everybody gets an A+ here, absolutely over the moon! :)
