    This is apparently a brand new unit from Lenovo - I am just guessing that it's a corporate order that got canceled. It was an unused retail-box unit but tagged in their system as "sold without warranty." Obviously, that does not refer to whatever warranty they're providing via backmarket.

    This is the first time I've gotten a refurbished product that definitely works like it's brand new! I was looking for something to start gaming and streaming (not professionally but I want to try) and it's been amazing in that and helping with game development as well.     This is a newer version of my old computer. This was a refurbished model and honestly you wouldn't be able to tell except for the label on the box. Works perfectly, no issues at this point. The transaction with Back Market was easy, shipping quick. I would shop with them again.

    So far my experience has been great! The laptop works like new with only a few scratches on the corners of the device. Battery life is great for me and lasts about 5-6 hours. I use this laptop for work and am on it constantly, but I’ve had no hiccups at all! When it arrived I was given the wrong charger with the laptop, but after submitting a help request I had a replacement charger delivered in a few days. Overall I’m very satisfied and will be ordering again!

    Computer itself was great! As described, quick to set up, beautiful shape and so far has been great for running my art programs. The reason I am rating this 4 stars is that it came with an unofficial "replacement adapter" charger and it was the wrong voltage. This caused the laptop to start making popping sounds, was not charging the laptop, and the charger was overheating. Luckily I caught it before anything worse happened. So check the provided charger before use should you choose to purchase from here!
