    I haven't bought a new phone in 8 years. The only reason I got a new phone is because apps are starting to not work with my old phone. While I love the flip design, my main concern is having a phone for longevity, and the features for repairs with the warrenty give me peace of mind with such a novelty design. I always buy refurbished to minimize e-waste, but this flip design had me nervous. So far, the phone has been fantastic. No issues, and hopefully I will never need to use the warrenty at all, but it is worth the peace of mind. I got covers and cases for it as well. Hoping this will last me a long time. Thanks.

    I was very sceptical about buying a refurbished phone, but after reading other reviews I took the chance and I'm glad I did. I purchased for my wife so that we can have the same phones. The only issue, may not be an issue, is there is three permanent light hard to see rings, about the size of a small button on the screen, it's only visible in photos when looking at pictures, other than that, the phone is perfect. I highly recommend others to purchase their phones through back market.

    My Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G was shipped and processed FASTER than any Amazon Prime Order I have ever placed. For I received my phone 36 hours later. That said, the seller saved me several days of hassle and stress after I broke my screen on my previous phone, thus, bricking myself out from all of my personal and professional - due to MFA/2FA security settings being tied to my old phone and authenticator.     Overall it was in good condition. However when the listing says "all day battery life", I expect 90-100% battery capacity, not nearly 80%. I likely would've gotten similar battery capacity from a used phone. I buy refurbished to get a refurbished phone, not a used phone marketed as being refurbished. It costs like $30 at most for refurbishers to get a new battery, but if I were to take it to a repair shop to get a new battery, they'd charge me just as much as I paid for the phone!
