    Please I need to make use of my guarantee, it doesn't work where I connect the battery cable and I tried another cable but it gets loose and the cables fall off and it doesn't charge, you need to press hard and stable so that it can start charging, it doesn't work I need you to fix it please

    The "Refurbished" phone I purchased through Back Market rated in Excellent condition is just exactly as advertised. still had plastic film around the edges, it is in pristine condition, Thank You... I did have trouble ordering through the website, I went round and round on the website trying to contact the seller after my card was refused as was suggested by the email I received, Back Market's website didn't like my debit card for some reason, I had to go to the bank, still didn't work, called Back Market customer service which was not much help at all... they were friendly but no solutions. Thought Maybe I could order over the phone. After three days of trying to purchase the phone, I gave up. On the fourth day I figured I'd try again, bang it went through and I received the phone in three days. Seller answered my email quickly after order confirmation. The Battery seems to be not so great, but I've only had it a few days and lots of updates could be the issue. we'll see, so far so good. Thank You

    Phone arrived sooner than expected and was packaged GREAT!! Included the charger cable (which my carrier wanted to sell me separately) and was FLAWLESS!!! I charged it overnight and went to my carrier the next morning! ZERO issues changing over to my local carrier and swapping out the information from my old phone!* Save yourself some BIG BUCKS and go BackMarket!! *I had gone to my regular carrier for an upgrade and they wanted to charge me $800, plus $20 for the charging cable and $70 for the case, for the same phone I got on BackMarket for $250,(I purchased the extended warranty) charging cable included. Ordered the exact same case online for $30! I could replace this phone twice more for what my carrier wanted to charge me!

    The item was poor quality and the screen stopped working. When I tried to contact customer support I was told the item was not under warranty anymore because the screen was cracked, which it was not. I even sent more picture to show the condition if the phone but was told that since the phone was declared to be outside the warranty they couldnt help me. So not only did I get a defective phone as a gift for someone, but when I tried to return under the still valid warranty, exclusions were made up. I am very disappointed with the customer service I recieved.

    Very disappointed to get a phone that was supposed to be unlocked to find that it could only be used on att network. Gave it to my partner as a going away gift for his internship in Cambodia. Our T-Mobile phones were unable to be unlocked and I couldn’t afford a new phone for him. Ordered here because of the reviews and was let down. I’m sorry but you really Scrooged us.

    This Galaxy S21 came with a screen protector already on it and there is also the new plastic tape still protecting the top corners; physically looks to be in perfect condition as promised. Only concern is that it has updated 4-6 times in the last four days, seems to update 2-3 times in a row and then is fine for a couple days, not sure why this is.

    My phone took a little longer than the three days to arrive, but I'm guessing it's because I placed the order late on a friday. No big deal. The phone itself is pretty flawless cosmetically. It was re-set back to factory settings so it took a while to get all of the updates reloaded, but works as it should. I did have some issues with the phone deleting mp3 and jpgs off the SD card, but that was no fault of the phone. I had purchased an off brand micro SD. Once I upgraded the card, the issue vanished. (buy a card with high write/read specs) Really excited to see what the camera can do as my kid moved out of state and took my DSR camera. So, long story short: Phone was ordered, came quickly, looks brand new, came with a quick charger and cable, and so far works like a champ! Battery life is excellent as well.
