    Unclear shipping information made it frustrating as we had several expected delivery days that I stayed home from work to sign for but it delivered later than expected. I know Back Market relies on FedEx for these updates so don’t have a Back Market tracker too that says different than FedEx. Also clarity that FedEx only ships products on weekdays would help for clarity too. Phone itself is great and in condition described. I do wish that the phone had been reset like a new phone as that led to confusion when trying to transfer my old phone data to the new one.

    I was skeptical at first about buying a phone on here but I am so glad I did. The price was great and the phone is in perfect condition. Everyone could not believe It was refurbished. Came with a charger cord and was not expecting that. It works great and was exactly what I ordered. Very pleased with my experience with Back Market. I even sent in my old broken phone for a trade in and received a fair value for it that was deposited directly to my bank account. I was also able to purchase the IPhone on a zero interest payment plan which really made it nice. Transactions and shipping were fast and easy for both the phone I ordered and the one I sent in. The only thing to remember that I was not aware of is wherever you ship you to, you or someone else muse physically be present to sign for the package. Everything was ligit on all aspects of this purchase!! VERY SATISFIED! Will definitely use them for future purchases.

    14 Pro Max came in 3 days in excellent condition and I was instantly happy. After a couple days I started to realize the screen they used to fix it wasn’t an Apple verified part in which an alert in the settings told me, but I was okay with that. I then began to notice the colors of the screen and apps were off compared to other 14 pro maxes and my pictures looked darker. Eventually the screen started to glitch and blackout. I has to return it and have them fix it because I bought insurance. They took a week to get back to me just to say they couldn’t fix it and I will be refunded. Disappointed but I would order again as I’ve ordered from Back Market plenty of times.
