    I was incredibly nervous about buying a refurbished phone. From looking at other reviews online, it seemed like it would either be a fantastic experience or completely miserable, and I was scared I'd fall into the later catagory. Thankfully, my fears were for nothing. The phone arrived very quickly; it even shipped a day ahead of schedule. It was packaged well in a properly sized box with bubble wrap. (It was shipped via UPS, but I don't know if the seller uses it for all shipments or not.) I ordered Premium condition, which, according to the description, should have a flawless screen. My phone did come with two micro scratches on the screen, but you could only see them if the light hit them just right. And now that I have a screen protector, I don't notice them at all. Aside from that, the phone was visibly in like-new condition. The battery came at 100% health, with only eight charge cycles. I've only been using it for about a week and a half, and everything seems to run great. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase from Back Market and Cellular Professor.

    When I received my iPhone mini (premium). There was an issue with my eSIM transferring because the seller didn’t clear or check for eSIM or physical sim. I didn’t know the technical aspect and ended up having to go to a store in person and there was still a SIM card from an old user it was trying to connect to over line. Usually that’s something you do first when refurbishing even the phone carrier worker was shocked they didn’t remove this… other than that big inconvenience and not having a phone for almost the whole day…. The phone is in perfect condition came with 98% battery. Not a single scratch overall great. The phone performs well. I would order again minus having it sent with someone else’s old SIM card sent in it.
