    I bought a premium level phone. The shipping took 7 days (supposed to take 3) because FedEx was used. The physical condition of the phone is great (again, paid for premium condition). But the other reviews I’d read from this refurbisher said the battery health was 95%+. Mine arrived at barely 92% and within week was at 91%. Apparently battery health for premium is above 90% so this one barely qualifies. I’ve seen those who bought a “good” condition phone with the same battery health.

    Everything about this was insanely good, I even got a phone with 1 charge cycle on it. Only reason why it wasn't 5 stars is because it wasn't compatible with my AT&T carrier when I went to set up the data plan at the ATT store. I will hopefully be trading this phone for an upgrade.

    Wow! A SUPERB phone and a superb upgrade from the zfold 3...and! A superb price! Saved almost $1200 off a new phone and! Id say this is a brand spankin new phone because it still had all of the factory edge decals still present.. this is my 2nd purchase from Backmarket, my first purchase was a zfold3 not in premium cond...it was in "excellent" cond ..id say that you should spend the xtra $$ and get a premium cond phone if you want the best...Backmarket is SUPERB!

    Bought this phone for my mom. Paid in full, perfect condition, practically brand new. When I tell people I just bought my mom a 15 pro max with 1t storage for under 1k, they're baffled. Most people are still paying off theirs at original full price through their carrier. This is a second purchase at Back Market and this has by far been the best investment. I hate big contract phone companies. They don't want you to win. They wanna keep you in debt until you keep trading your old devices in for the newest model.     My husband been using it for a week now, hope it works well. I ordered this phone to swap with the iPhone 256gb (in excellent condition) that he ordered two weeks ago from here too. I was using the phone he bought for a week to test, as it was hot on the first day of use, I thought it would be best to observe for a few more days. There were times that hang and won't allow me to answer the call and at the same time I try to call back but the buttons won't work. I had to restart the phone. The battery said it's normal but it seems so fast to drain compare to my iPhone 14 max pro which I gave to my mother-in-law as she needed a bigger screen and a better battery. We trust Backmarket. So far the phones and ipad we bought here a couple of years ago are still in very good condition, only this time we are returning the one he bought and bought another one to replace it. We started our return process last Monday and still not finished yet because it takes 24 hours for them to response, it is Thursday already and no instruction that we can return it yet. The new one I just purchased was delivered yesterday. Overall our experience to BackMarket so far was good.

    Phone looked great out of the box. Had one small issue when going to insert my current SIM card during setup. The phone could not read the card and gave the message that it was not a Verizon phone (I had ordered an unlocked phone), but once I got past initial setup, the phone recognized it and switched over to our provider. Since then I have not had any issues and the phone works great!
