    The tablet shipped to my house in the fastest amount of time Ive ever seen with many of the product Ive ever ordered. The extra $15 I spent on express shipping was well worth it. I selected the tablet in excellent condition and what I recieved was a basically new tablet. It was as if I opened it out of the original packaging after buying it from Samsung directly. It came with an 80% charge so I was able to immediately turn it on and start the set up process. I will say, it is pretty much vital to update the tablet after the set up process but once I did that, it worked perfectly. My only gripe with the entire order was that the tablet I ordered did not come with the offical S Pen. Before I purchased the tablet, I understood and was okay with the idea that buying it could mean there was a possibility I could recieve an alternate stylus or no stylus at all but I also assumed that would be written somewhere on the store page, even in fine print, and to my knowledge it wasnt. That coupled with the fact that my friend also bought the exact same tablet from Back Market and recieved the S Pen, it made me think I was getting one myself. When I didn't, I cant say I wasnt disappointed but literally everything else about my order was correct and fully functioning. Definitely would recommended for the price with caution about the pen in mind.

    My iPhone 16 Pro Max arrived on time and I am very happy with the purchase overall. The phone itself is in pristine condition. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it could have been cleaned better before shipping. There was some gunk (possibly earwax) visible in the top ear speaker, which I was able to carefully remove myself using very fine tools. One of the camera frames also had what initially looked like a scratch, but it turned out to be residue—possibly paint or glue from a previous lens cover—which I was eventually able to wipe off myself as well. (The pics I shared are after I cleaned it and put a screen protector and case, but BackMarket required a pic for submitting the review) Once I cleaned the phone to my own standards, it truly looked perfect and brand new. I expected a “premium condition” phone to arrive looking brand new with better cleaning, but aside from that the phone itself is flawless. Overall, this is a great way to get a high-quality phone for about half the price while also helping the environment. If the device had been cleaned properly before shipping, this easily would have been a 5-star experience. Thank you!
