    I was under the impression the battery would be new or almost new, it was charged over 521 times. If I were to buy the exact phone from apple refurbished they change the outside body and battery. The price difference is very small when you compare to Apple. Just saying be careful with how much you pay on here. Also trade in is not what it seems as well. Disappointed in that. Again got a better trade in with Apple then the vendor.

    *March 7, 2026 Had made the decision in purchasing this iPhone SE (2022) 64GB, considering I was in need of a new phone in having keep both my personal and work related materials on it. As far as with my old phone was concerned, it decided to no longer function properly...(this was the iPhone SE (2020) 64GB and that I have owned this phone for a long while..). As soon as I had received this phone, it seemed to work properly upon having set it up. I would definitely suggest to purchase from Back Market if you happen to need a replacement device, (whether it is a phone or, something else).

    My experience with Back Market has been great! Along with others I was not sure I would trust refurbished electronics, not sure why, just did not. After reading many of the reviews, I decided to go for it. I first bought an updated IPhone and that went well, so I just bought a “newer to me” Apple Watch. I had one of the earliest version (3). Everything works great. I really wanted to have a good experience because I really like their mission on salvaging older electronics rather than the products going to a landfill. Thank you for a some great products. *One issue I had was I originally purchased an iPhone 14, order was cancelled by seller, but I used my promotional coupon for $20 and even though the seller cancelled the order, I could not get the coupon to work on my updated order. It said it was already used which I did not get to use. Bummer

    I am quite pleased with this iPhone 14 Pro. I've purchased two other iPhones before this one and was given iPhones below their proposed quality grade (premium). However, this iPhone 14 Pro in Space Black was borderline flawless (not a single scratch), working smoothly, and best of all, the battery health was at 100%. That's impressive considering it's almost three years old. The iPhone came from Cellular Professor, so I highly recommend getting refurbished from them if it's an option.

    I am a very happy repeat customer. Helped mom purchase a refurbished iPad - and the new "Premium" condition option piqued her interest (mainly because the logo is a diamond). The iPad arrived quickly and in the premium condition stated by the reseller. Everything was setup and restored from her iCloud backup in a just a couple of hours. I highly recommend Back Market for all your warrantied, refurbished tech purchases. Depending on your budget - and the comparable price of going new, I'd recommend the Excellent condition items. I'm not sure yet if the increase in price for Premium condition will show its value.
