    Ordered a system with a 1TB SSD. System was labeled as having a 1TB SSD on the packing slip and case but when I opened it up to check, it was using a 1TB HDD. Either the seller mislabeled the inventory or were trying to pass off a HDD as an SSD. Either way I returned the system and was out hours of my time to re-package and re-ship.

    I was so excited to use my new Lenovo as a Linux VM host. The 32GB of ram as well as the 2TB of storage would have been perfect. The machine was shipped without the SSD and only 4+4GB of RAM. 😢

    the surface appeared to be in excellent condition as promised but after using it, it came to my attention that the brightness could NOT be adjusted no matter what I did. This completely negated anything I wanted to do with it, as I like drawing digitally at night. Burning my retinas with the ultra bright setting in my dim kitchen at 1 am was not fun.
