    This has been a nightmare since day 1 I originally ordered a silver ipad in excellent condition and received a space gray ipad in fair condition. I didn’t mind the color at first because from an exterior perspective it was clean without scratches, but internally this thing is a nightmare the battery goes from 100% to 27% in less than 20 minutes

    I purchased this iPad under the excellent condition option. When it arrived, it was far from that. Based on Back Market's description of "excellent," the iPad should have a screen that is in perfect condition and a body that may have scratches that are not visible from 8 inches away. The iPad I received had clearly visible scratches on the screen and not only scratches on the body that were visible from 8 inches away, but dents as well. This is clearly not in excellent condition and not sure if I would even classify this in the good condition. Paying extra for something in excellent condition and receiving this is very disheartening and makes me unsure if I will trust this again. Not to mention that the delivery time that was shown when I purchased this was two days, and I did not receive it until a full 7 sevens days later. This is all on top of the fact that this is the second iPad I had to purchase through this site because the first one I purchased had issues with the battery, and I had to send it back for a refund since they were unable to fix it.
