    I Love my Chromebook, it does what I need it to do. It had a couple minor scratches on it, but it doesn't bother me, it's second hand, what do you expect. This is my 4th purchase from backmarket, and I will surely purchase again. I love backmarket. They stand behind their products. And make sure you get the extended warranty just in case you have problems. But so far I have had no problems with the items I've purchased.
