    first things first... no one believes me this is a refurbished item.. it was labeled good i think... and that's an understatement. So way to go there..really impressed. I get enjoyment in finding good deals and stumbling upon backmarket was a joy. Then!! you lead me directly to what i was looking for and also very detailed descriptions as well as editorials to read. Editorials.. to read? while shopping? Everything I read was informative and laid back, like talking to a friend. While helping me make an informed decision. I'm happy to spread the word to anyone i encounter to send their business your way, i have a small crush on backmarket i think..SSShhh. lol. I mean who sends THIS email.?.people who care. That means alot to me as a consumer. Your mothers should be proud. Everything else, is personal preference to me. The laptop is great, the mousepad could be more sensitive, i feel like it also could be I went with a larger model by far than i'm accustomed to using. I think I do prefer a smaller laptop. I thought id try larger and now I know, I feel like a smaller more portable laptop and a desktop is a better fit for my lifestyle and needs. Also its my first hp experience and.. nothing exrtraordinary to report but it is pretty.. and like i said.. cannot believe the cosmetic shape, its perfect. I don't think i can still send it back in to trade at this time..(its been 3 weeks) but id be returning it only on grounds of personal preference as explained.
