    The seller initially sent the incorrect item. They then claimed they would issue the correct item, I had to return the first item, then wait past the time I actually needed the device for to receive a second one. Sometimes issues happen, so I tried to be understanding. The second device that arrived was damaged and not useable for the purposes I needed. I thought maybe "third time is a charm" and the seller said they had the correct, undamaged item in stock and would be sending it upon receipt of the second damaged item in their warehouse. Without explanation, they just issued a refund. No note saying they actually do not have the correct item in stock. No apology. Nothing. I keep waiting for Ashton Kutcher to jump out of the closet and tell me that I got punked. I just wanted the seller to do right and provide the item as described. A really unfortunate experience.
