    So far so good! I was in need of an inexpensive laptop, and after running into multiple issues with BestBuy selling me refurbished laptops and trying to pass them off as new (Some dudes name was already registered as the admin) I thought I would give your services a try. This is my first Chrome book. Though I am still getting used to how a Chromebook operates, it works very well. The sound quality is not all that great compared to a regular laptop but it is good enough to watch movies on. All the functions work perfectly. I will be ordering from you again! I was thinking about a watch and a tablet. Well see ya soon!

    I was very excited for the item to arrive, and when it did I was severely disappointed. The keyboard was defective, as several of the keys would not respond when pressed. I feel as though keyboard functionality is something that should be thoroughly inspected before a laptop is certified as refurbished, as a defective keyboard affects whether or not the item serves it's most basic purpose. I likely won't be ordering from the same seller again.
