    I am extremely happy with my "new" phone. The condition of the phone was better than "very good" and is my third purchase from BackMarket! I appreciate the fact that these phones do not wind up in the landfills. I do need to learn more about the camera functions on this phone that I didn't have on my old phone (iPhone XS). (No literature was included with the phone). The only issue I had was transferring information and data onto the new phone and is not at all your responsibility. However, all went well but it recognizes my new phone as the XS and not the 13 Pro. Any help would be appreciated in rectifying this issue. I tell everyone that if they want a good deal on a refurbished phone, BackMarket is the place to go! Thank you!

    When the phone arrived it had a plastic film on its face. I've kept it on until I could put on my own. Writing this review, I lifted the film to check the glass and noticed a deep scratch on one side and a few more on the top. I will be installing the glass screen that I purchased and see if this interrupts using the phone.
