    This is the third phone I have purchased from Back Market. I was still nervous waiting to see what my good condition iPhone would look like. I was pleasantly surprised. It looks great. Battery is at 87% with 800 cycles. The previous owner obviously used a case, screen protector and took care with the phone. The shop the phone came through did a good job of cleaning the phone up. Back Market really makes the shopping, selection and purchase easy. Communication through email is fantastic. Not a minute went by that I didn’t know what was going on with my purchase. I traded in a phone and that process was the same. Always kept in the loop and completing trade quickly. I will most likely buy from Back Market again.

    We've had phone for a few weeks and everything seems great as usual. I've purchased several phones thru backmarket and all of my experiences have been the same - the new phone works well and is as advertised but the return of my old phone seems to take longer than expected each time, specifically, it takes two weeks to receive the packaging (envelope, bubble wrap, UPS address label) which seems to align each time with the due date for the return of my phone.

    Very nice phone, came quickly and on schedule. It was easy to set up using iCloud and a call to Xfinity for an eSIM. Similarly easy to install an eSIM in Korea, where my daughter is in school. All went very smoothly. The tradein was similarly easy to execute, although the rebate is still in progress so cannot comment there yet. Thank you for this good alternative to buying an overpriced overcharged brand new phone to replace one that was badly damaged from a fall. The ecological benefits are a significant positice, as well.

I powered it up and it was 80+ percent charged, but I plugged the charging cord in so I could download updates and transfer apps and data to it.
