    At first, I was kinda suspicious about buying a phone here since i’ve never bought a refurbished phone and all the other apps had bad reviews. I’m glad I trusted this app because my phone came in excellent condition just like I had chosen. It was extremely easy to connect it with my carrier and get it running. I’m so in love with this phone and the price. I would 100% buy from here again.

    Purchased two IPhone 13’s in “good” refurbished condition. They arrived as promised. Upon inspection there were no cosmetic marks or flaws and appeared brand new. We took them to the local cell provider and had everything transferred. That took some time but was easy. Have been using the phones for two weeks now and are very pleased. Would do the same thing again. The 30 day no questions return policy and 1 year warranty provided the peace of mind to purchase refurbished. Far better than any other I could find except Apple and you pay more there.

    I’m pretty happy with the new phone, but the screen arrived with scratches despite selecting a phone in Excellent condition, which Backmarket described as “For items with screens, the screen will have no scratches”. I feel I overpaid for the quality that was delivered, based on what was promised.

    Display & Body: The screen arrived in perfect condition with no visible issues, which is fantastic for this "good" grading i selected, phone feel premium. Audio & Software :It functions smoothly, there is a light intermittent noise from the speaker when switching between apps, but it rarely happens and doesn't impact daily use; it could just be a software issue with google. Verdict: the Savings are fantastic and i am more than happy. i got a flagship like pixel without the big price tag. If anyone is looking for a solid device at a great price, you found the right place. I'll definitely be back with a slightly bigger budget for the 512Gb .

    The phone looks to be in good shape and functions perfectly. I did get a notification that the battery health is at 77%, and Apple recommends replacing it soon. It's not too surprising for a device of its age, but it's interesting to note the refurbisher didn't replace it before selling. Also, the screen has small scratches on both the left and right sides. An item listed in "Good" condition isn't supposed to have any screen flaws. At this point, I have already had to return a different iPhone because of another issue (which BackMarket handled without question), so I'm just going to keep this one so I can get on with my life. It's not the end of the world, just something to note. For only $300, I will survive with this phone for a while.

    I totally give this 5 stars no doubt. I wasn't quite sure where to buy from at first and had even considered eBay, but im SOOO glad I picked Back Market!!! I ordered this phone in "Good" condition, but when it arrived I looked over the phone and found absoluetly no scratches or anything it was in excellent condition!!!! The shipping was also very fast! I checked the battery capacity and it is at 91% which is better than I expected. Anyways I 1000% recommend using this site!!!! If I ever need another new phone in the future I know where i'll be!!!!
