    The device is everything I expected, and the delivery and trade in process was easy and well orchestrated. Back Market are in a competitive field and just one of the refurbished providers available to a customer, but my reasoning for choosing them was the offer of Visible for 36 months at $19 per. When I contacted Visible to activate the promo, I was told that existing visible customers were excluded from the deal. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. Please make it clear that existing customers are NOT eligible for Visible promos.
