I choose Excellent quality and for the most part agree although there are some scratches around the camera lens. My only complaint is that the battery life seems to be degraded…a full charge doesn’t typically last all day even with normal use. And while it comes with a charging cord it is a shorter length and no power block.

    Received my iPhone and haven’t really used it much yet. Battery health is at 89%, which I think is pretty decent. There are a few light scratches on the screen, which was a bit disappointing for an excellent phone, but nothing major enough to make a fuss about. Everything else looks fine so far.     After receiving a previous iPhone 15 from Back Market that had some issues (case didn't match condition ordered and FaceID didn't work well) that I had to return, I ordered this as a replacement. After multiple attempts to transfer everything over from my old phone (and having to wipe it and restart several times), I was able to get everything moved over. However, it would not work to make phone calls. After a long time on the phone with my cell phone carrier, I ran diagnostics on the phone and it turned up a hardware issue that prevented it from connecting to the cell phone carrier. After spending an entire evening trying to get this phone set up, I was very frustrated to find that this phone had an issue that the seller should have uncovered before sending to me. Back Market was quick to send a prepaid label to send it back for a refund. However, since this is the second defective phone in a row that I've received, I'm very frustrated to have to, yet again, order a replacement. This entire process has taken nearly a month. If you are in a hurry to replace a phone, this may not be the best option! I'm waiting on phone #3 to arrive and giving Back Market one more chance.

    I thought I ordered the one that was an excellent condition not a good condition. I haven’t seen the phone yet. I pre-ordered it for my great grandson for Christmas cause I’m not gonna be here.     I like a lot of the features on the S23, the UI is nice and took some adjusting to but is nice. Not a fan of the battery life, like I put in battery saver mode and it lasts all day but I worry about the batteries life span ina couple years. Also would recommend any kind of case for this phone, the default exterior is super slick and hard to handle. That said I do love how small this phone is compared to my last couple that just got bigger as brand series "evolved" I have huge hands and still hate phones over 6.2" big fan of utilitarian stuff and the s23 is great in my opinion. Powerful and functional, with the only gripe being one day long battery charge.
