    iPhone 15 is okay. (I missed the lovely Apple packaging and small accessory but that's what you pay for.) I didn't realise it wouldn't take a physical SIM so that information would have been helpful before buying as I've spent a lot of time trying to install an E-sim for my Giffgaff number. I couldn't charge it on arrival as the cable didn't have the USB that I was familiar with and needed to find somewhere open to buy a USB-A to USB-C. (Have I got that right.). Maybe more research on my part. Considering it wasn't that much cheaper than a new one, on reflection I might choose new over refurbished. But it looks nice as Apple products always do thanks to Jony Ives. 😊

    I don't normally write reviews but... I cant stress this enough, every part of this experience was amazing, especially because this is my first refurbished device ever. My new phone came in better condition than I expected; there were a couple light scratches that I only found going over the phone with aggressive attention to detail. It's as close to a new device as I could hope for. All original parts and the delivery went perfectly. If this is the quality of refurbished devices is this high, I will never buy a new phone again!

    Was a bit anxious as it was coming ngl, but as of today I received the item and you wouldn't be able to tell this was a refurbished phone honestly.
