    Bought the fair iphone 12 256gb unlocked. Battery came 80% but I'm glad that I can track that. Slightly discolored pain and one corner chip. My older 10S had been through it and this is a lovely upgrade. Phone works just fine. Switching from physical sim to e-sim had a slight learning curve but overall good phone and great price. I see this phone lasting another 4-5 years with a simple battery replacement in between.

    This is the second time I've used Back Market to upgrade a device, the last being a Mac Book Air. This time, I traded my 5 year old iPhone XR for an unlocked iPhone 15 Pro Max. Seamless and fast delivery with support on how to prepare my trade in and mail it is apparently the norm for Back Market.     the phone was pretty good, its exactly what i was looking for a precisely what I need, the issue lies with the software, while the phone is unlocked it is unlocked via carrier and i wish that were Stated somewhere in the specs and or phone details but it wasn't. its unlocked via At&T and the boot up screen is obnoxiously Loud, for most other people this is and wouldn't be an issue but fir it is. its simply a preference but i prefer my unlocked phone be factory unlocked.

    The phone is simply magnificent. The camera is amazing. The battery easily lasts all day. When I take it out, you can't even tell it's brand new. I bought it in "good condition" and received it in "excellent condition."     I ordered excellent condition, and the phone i received came scratched on the screen, even though back-market guarantees flawless screens for excellent condition phones. Back Market solved my issue, and gave me a partial refund since it’s really on the seller. The phone itself works perfectly, the back and the sides of the phone, the buttons, screen, and flashlight all work. I received the phone with 99% battery life luckily, and all genuine apple parts. Yes, I am deciding to keep the phone unless any internal issues come along later on. I suggest buying from Back Market, and I would buy again. Unless you are buying a premium grade phone, don’t expect a brand new just out of box quality phone. I think that for $620 this phone was overall great, and back market support is excellent! The seller in the other hand, was great on battery life and everything else except the screen so they’re forgiven. 8/10 experience.
