    The initial laptop they sent me had a crack in it and didn't open/close great, so they quickly sent me a replacement that is excellent! Very happy with this purchase. I've only had it a couple of weeks, but seems to function well too.

    Device has a significant amount of scratching all over the aluminum body. My biggest issue is that in the bottom left hand corner of the screen it looks as though a layer of the screen was peeled up so there is a light triangle in the bottom left of my screen. Honetly was pretty disappointed because the screen is the most expensive part of this device. When a customer selects very good condition it better be in very good condition. Wouldn't buy from this seller again. Edit: after this review was posted I was contacted by customer support and was partially refunded for the issues with the screen. I great appreciate them following up with me on the issue.

    i got this as a gift for my girlfriend who had always wanted a macbook, but i didn’t have the money to buy her a brand new one for christmas this year. so, i ended up getting her this macbook. first off, it’s a hit or miss depending on which seller you buy from. i got mine from coetech, so this review will probably only pertain to them. even though i got the “good” condition on the macbook, it came in amazing condition. there were many scratches on the top of the macbook, but all of that was fixed with a simple case. the screen looked amazing, keyboard was clean and felt very new, and above all things, it worked. not only was it in surprisingly good condition, coetech also upgraded me from the 2011 to the 2012 macbook, which i was very thankful for. all i have to say though is if you are weary that your macbook may be destroyed beyond use or something crazy like that don’t be. from my experience with coetech, they are very reliable and take care of their orders. i recommend 100%

    The laptop was in beautiful shape. It was delivered early so that is a huge plus and I was surprised to learn it was upgraded to the 256. So far it has worked flawlessly and more importantly the kids can do their work with ease now. Love the product and will be in the market for a second one.
