    Looks great, everything is as advertised. Surprised that there was room for computer to bounce around a little in the package, did have styrofoam and bubble wrap but also some open air. Also missing one screw in the case, no big deal. I'm sure they'll send it along (sent note). Thanks guys.

At first I got the " fair" options and it had some screen issue, which I opened a return label and then after the full refund I got the "as new" options and let me tell you it is as new....no dents...just a dope 15inch...Amazing purchase for the price.
