    The product rating was "Very Good", there are multiple dings and dents that can bee seen and felt. I attempted to purchase a "Pristine" device and it said there were 10 in stock, but the payment options were greyed out and would not allow me to pay for a "Pristine" model. This is easily a low "Good" to a mid "Fair" grade. After a couple days of use, i noticed the battery would die quickly, so i ran a battery check and determined the battery that has 1000 cycles had over 900 cycles on it. The "refurbished" device was not refurbished. The major part of refurbishing devices is putting a fresh battery in the device for the new customer.

    Not sure. The Macbook arrived which is awesome, but it has an administrator password established and I did not see the information in the emails or receive any paperwork with the laptop when it arrived. So... the jury is still out. This seems like an odd practice to me to set an administrator password on a refurbished laptop you are selling to someone. I bought one last year off Ebay and it had no password and was set up as a new laptop. Please help me ASAP.

    The MacBook worked get until it died and the charger would not charge it. Was suppose to get a new charger sent to me but it never came so I went out and bought one and it still would not charge. Had to send it all back. They are suppose to be sending me a new one and crediting me my money on the new charger I bought. We will see when and if it all comes in.
