    I loved that I ordered my MacBook from back market . I was very skeptical at first but after watching a few YouTube videos I went for it. My MacBook came in fair condition. It came with a few scratches on the sides but once I got a case it fixed it as it never was there . Quality is nice!

    Works well! There are a few nicks on the leading edge of the keyboard so I would have probably rated it a "near mint" but they are minor and don't affect the performance at all. Keyboard arrived in a box and is very clean. Would definitely buy again.

    I'm satisfied. I ordered the 15" and at the last minute decided I wanted a 13" and they switched ot out for me no problem with quick response and shipping. Computer is in great shape. Battery may not last as long as it used to but it's a 6 year old battery so its expected. I would buy from coetech again without worry. Thanks backmarket!

    This was a terrible purchase. It has only been from 7/27/22 to 11/27/22 - only 4 months and the computer will not turn on. We took it the Apple Store in our city of Fort Worth and they made several attempts to start the computer and it would not turn on. The minimum church to try to repair the computer is almost the full price we paid for it. I have ordered from Back Market before and have been happy, but this computer cannot be turned on it is wrong to do this to people - especially repeat customers.     I bought an "excellent' condition MacBook. The first one I got did not work. Really? An excellent device? They promptly sent a new one. Thanks for that. This one was obviously not excellent cosmetically - you can see my message to them. They said this one tested excellent offered me $40 to keep it. I did but should not have. Now the unit won't charge. Whether it is the charger or the device I do not know. What I do know is that I am unhappy with an "excellent" condition purchase.
