    The computer looked great, but I was really disappointed with the way it was setup. It was clearly rushed. It was 1tb HDD with 32gb SDD. I couldn't completely update the OS without it saying there wasn't enough storage. When turning on the computer, it would prompt me with "a disk inserted was not readable," but it had no optical drive. It ran slow and was going to go to my father, who in the end wanted his 2008 iMac back. Luckily I didn't send it as a gift without setting it up beforehand. Customer service, however, was incredible! Neill was very helpful. I greatly appreciated the 30 day return window so I didn't have to stress a ton. In the end, I returned it for a refund. Because of my experience with Neill, I'm willing to try Back Market again and just ordered another iMac, but from a different seller.
