    I had a horrible experience with this seller and the app after the seller sent me two broken items and then insisted after I returned it that it had been damaged in transit and therefore would not give me a refund. This seller is a scam artist and a liar and I would never recommend using them or this website. They do not treat costumers with respect or trust them as they believed the seller over me after already seeing they had sent me two broken items. DO NOT USE THIS SELLER

    READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. i was given a wrong item, I ordered for 16gb Ram insted i was provided an 8gb ram one. this is very wrong and dirty marketing, i feel like i just got scammed. there is no option to contact the seller, or do a feedback, never gonna do business with this platform or comanny. very disapointing, and i will not be promoting Back Market to anyone else of my family and Friends since this platform let scammers like this company to run their businesses with fake advertisement.

    I think I've already done this at least twice. My Mac is on it's way back to you. It worked great for 3 days then wouldn't boot up. I then had to research how to wipe its hard drive of all my info that I spent hours installing - not fun - so I could return it to you. Although everyone has been very nice in this process it has still been a frustrating experience that I'm reluctant to duplicate. Thinking I'll just buy a new computer, but for limping along with my old chugging away.
