    The product I received was not the one I ordered. Not even close. Complete deception from the seller. I had no idea that back market was so vulnerable to scammers. The last two products I ordered from back market had major issues on arrival. This one was a cinema display, which is older, smaller, and simply not the product I ordered. I’ll never order from back market again.

    My recent customer service experience has been very disappointing. I purchased an iMac and it has not worked from the beginning. We gave it time, we tried to troubleshoot, but in the end it was an inferior product. I purchased the protection plan but was told I must send it back to them or the warranty will be void. I sent it back and it is now nowhere to be found. How do I know? I had to call them and ask why I haven't heard from them since I was told my package was delivered and I should hear something in 48 hours. I was never contacted and told of any issues. I was given multiple stories, all of which changed with each conversation. I followed all of the specific instructions, provided proof of shipping product and proof of delivery from UPS. Back Market is refusing to help me. They tell me that the only way they can investigate is for me to send them a picture of my license. What does my license have to do with my product being stolen in transit or at the seller's location? I have filed a police report and provided a book worth of proof that it was sent to them. What have they done? Nothing but continue to tell me I must send them my license. Buyer beware. My product is missing and they are asking me to send private information which screams red flag. Please do your research and shop around. Inferior product and inferior service.

    Everything works properly except for the battery. keep in mind this was a $700.00 + purchase. The battery says it needs to be serviced/replaced after 2 days of usage. Please do a better job backmarket! and and my advice to you is to replace at least 70% of the batteries to all of your macbook computers before shipment, It might cost your company more money, but in the long run customers will be more satisfied. I give this a 2.5 star review. Absolutely should not have to replace the battery this soon. (Also says it will not hold charge)
