    The iMac is beautiful and works perfectly, but there are some scratches on the back of the monitor that were not anticipated since I ordered it in "Excellent" condition. Nevertheless, I'm pleased the seller included a usable USB keyboard and mouse with my computer. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase and would buy from Back Market again.

    Ordered MacBook Pro in "Excellent" condition which according to Backmarket means "Flawless" and "Almost no signs of use". Also, "may have hairline scratches" and "you may strain your eyes just to spot them. Macbook was just delivered a few hours ago. I pulled it out of the box only to immediately see several obvious dents, dings, and chips. If I had ordered "Good" or "Fair" I would understand but this is no where close to "flawless".

    The item condition that was selected for purchase was "excellent" yet the product is not in excellent condition. Upon opening the item, there were obvious scratches on the apple logo and on the aluminum. The are not deep scratches by they are clearly visible. It is disappointing that the purchased condition did not meet the description of "excellent" as given by BackMarket.
