    This product has been returned and refunded. See my email correspondence with the seller. The laptop arrived and would not turn on. I charged it all night and still it would not turn on. The seller (when contacted) ask me to take out the battery and reinstall it. I did this....it did not work. He then ask me to do something inside the computer and I told him I was not a technician and would not be messing around inside the belly of the computer. I told him I had purchased an OPERATIONAL computer and I expected it to work when I received it; not after I had tried "this or that". I requested my money back and have already been reimbursed. Sorry but this has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be trying your organization again. Brenda
