I had to return computer as the specs listed were incorrect- Seller was very cooperative and the return was fast and efficient.     my over all experience is okay but 2 issues 1) only 2 of the 3 USB ports work. it doesn't matter what I plug into it the thing won't detect anything. 2) website states that this laptop has a webcam, but there is no webcam whatsoever. This is false advertising. if you wish to correct this matter please send another one with all 3 USB ports working and a built in working webcam. thanks for reading this review.

    The HP Elitebook is definitely faster than all the other laptops I've used, which is a major plus factor for me. I also like the pivot feature which connects the "screen" portion of the laptop to the keyboard portion. The laptop has 180 degree bend. Sometimes the laptop gets really hot from overuse. I don't know why but the hardware, especially the outer part of the laptop has dark marks on it which I am not sure how they got on there from. Overall it is a nice computer and it is fast and reliable.

    I am writing this from my new computer. I couldn't be happier with it! I bought it to use for my recording program I use. It required a 64 bit OS with at least 4 Gb of RAM. This laptop has 4 times the RAM and is faster than my Dell 3467 PC. The recording program I use works flawlessly with it. The product came a day ahead of schedule. It does have a scratch on the screen but I can live with that. For the price, I got quite a bargain. I would recommend Back Market to everyone looking for a good buy! Thank you.

    I tried to boot from a USB port and it somehow screwed things up and stopped bootig. So, I RESET WINDOWS, and lost a lot of the software that shipped on the system. I'd like to be able to restore it to how it was configured when I received it. Can you link me to an ISO file or download link? Otherwise, it was a good vaue for the money and works fine. Joe

    Great value. On the positive side, came with a 2016 version of Word and Excel. Also, came with a DVD which many newer computers do not have. On the negative side, battery could only be charged to 80 percent at the start and then, after a week, only to 60 percent. Not a big issue since could be replaced for $30.00 which still makes it an excellent buy.
