    I was pleased first of the unit however there's only 1 issue of the unit, the Question Mark key is not functioning so I went to technician to fix this problem and I spent almost $40 for repairing since they replaced the old keyboard to new one .. Please double check your laptops so the costumers of yours wouldn't be hassle. 😑

    When I received this laptop from Computers 4 Less, it was not a fresh install of windows. It was the original install, which had a custom shell(skin) applied to it. In addition, the laptop was hanging/freezing and I had to ship it back the same day I opened it. I'm still waiting for the laptop and apparently Computers 4 Less didn't think it was important to expedite shipping back to me as they have sent it via the Post Office. I've ordered multiple laptops from BackMarket before and this is the worst experience I've ever had. Computers 4 Less needs to QA their laptops before they ship them and they need to provide faster service if the laptop needs repairs due to their lack of QA.
