    I ordered the computer for my new assistant and I was a little surprised when I received it. The desktop computer looks good, but the accessories (keyboard, charger and mouse) are not Apple products and are not compatible…. I’ve been trying to connect the accessories to the computer but so far I’ve had no luck. I still can’t get the computer set up due to the incompatible accessories. I tried to contact their customer service but so far no response to the solution yet.

    Kind of sucks that I paid for a specific configuration and received a lesser one. then there is no phone number with any customer service and the only options given to me are return the item for a full refund or return the item then wait till a configuration like the one you ordered becomes available. this is sounding the alarms as scamy.

    Took -a-while to get the machine to a tech to get data transfered from my old imac to this new one but now that has been done I have been getting "used to " my "new" imac from BackMarket.     Used the computer for about a month now, no problems until now where I log in and a “remote management” pop up comes up. Meaning the person who sold the computer didn’t wipe it thoroughly and I can not use my computer anymore. There is no way to bypass it without their help and I was on hold with Apple Support and they said it was the sellers responsibility. When contacting back market I can’t get a hold of anyone to explain the issue to. I just get prompted to start a return. But I can’t get into my computer to wipe my info from it to send it back. Very poor experience.
