    Item arrived in good shape, and works fine. However, it would've been nice if it arrived "ready to go". I sort of expected a basic set of software tools would be installed (in this case Numbers, Pages, Keynote)...but they were nowhere to be found. So I needed to upload them. No sweat, or so I thought. Turns out I couldn't simply go to the Apple store and install them. The OS on the system was so old it wouldn't let me install any programs until I upgraded the OS. However, as you probably already know, you can't just upload the latest OS...you have to install them in the order they were published. So I spent a couple of hours just updating the computer to an OS that would function correctly. Not a traumatic experience by any means, but it was an annoyance. Overall, I'm happy with the iMac. It looks great in the office, the SSD is refreshingly silent compared to my previous desktop, and (after overcoming the aforementioned issues) it accomplishes all required tasks. But is sure would've been nice to at least have a current OS already installed...or have known beforehand I'd need to carve out time to do it myself. Thanks for listening to my puling.
