    Ok, like many who have submitted reviews of the things purchased on this site, I was skeptical. I'm VERY happy to announce that I am now a believer. The computer arrived quick and on time. the condition was beyond my expectations. The ONLY thing I would want, is a quick start package. Thankfully, google is there. Will purchase from here again!

    This was the worst experience EVER..... First off Black Market is not in the USA and they don't have a customer care number that you can call. You have to wait 24 - 48 hours every time you reach out to them and that makes things even worse when there is a problem. Neil was my customer service guy and he was very kind. However the fact that they charge you a 7.99 fee for Quality Assurance and then ship computer just inside a cardboard box with little to no packing around it is a JOKE!!!!! My package was suppose to be to me on the 27th of August and it just arrived on the 4th of September. It got mixed up by Fed-Ex and sent half way around the county. Fed-Ex told me that it had been in at least 11 different trucks getting to me. I wanted to cancel and asked to do so three times and then told them to just get me the package and I would refuse it. Well Fed-Ex dropped it off without a signature so I could not refuse it and when I got home it had a foot print on it and the freaking screen was busted. So a computer that I bought took two weeks getting here then it was broke when it got here and now there is nothing I can do about I b/c I can not get in touch with anyone via the phone I have to text them and wait for a reply. Now they say that have to investigate while they have my money and all I have is a piece of crap broken computer. Then they tried to offer me 5% off my next purchase...... ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? DO you really think I would EVER buy from you again? I want a REFUND and I want it NOW..... I am tired of playing games with these people. BUYER BEWARE --- DO NOT BUY FROM BLACKMARKET ---- it is a rip off and if your computer comes out of Whippany, NJ then your going to have issues unless they change something quick. I have hours of my time tied up in this computer and trying to get things straight and I want to be compensated for my time and the trouble I have had to go through.

    I’ve not yet properly put it to any rigorous testing yet (because it’s intended as a gift) but after at least inspecting it briefly making sure I received what I paid for (by turning it on and running a components check) I was delighted to see how well packaged it was and especially for it being a used 5 year old product it’s honestly hard to tell. A couple of scratches on the stand but besides that pristine. Very impressed with the communication from Back Market helping me know exactly when my orders were to arrive with regular updates. If anything, too many updates but appreciated nun the less. Prices are a bit steeper than if I managed to find a similar product being sold by Joe Shmo down the street, but then there’s no garuntee of its condition and probably not going to be able to give it back if it’s not what he said it was. So I’ll chok the price up to having to pay a very good Marketing & Customer service team, which I’ll happily pay for a guaranteed product. Still far less than new. (It’s amazing what some people just “throw away”) Will use Back Market again in the future. Perhaps for my next phone.
