    Back Market has been great to work with. These older machines are SOOOO underrated. With easily upgradeable RAM and SSDs they work great. I edit audio and video with NO issues. My render times are longer than with the new machines, but I can go refill my coffee, or render during a meal or overnight. I stick with the older machine because of hardware I own that still works, and software that does not make me pay a monthly fee.

    I just received my 27" 2017 4.2Gh iMac from Creative Clouds Inc. unfortunately, unlike the two previous mac book pros I ordered from Back Markets refurbishers, this one had an issue with the display that was hard to over look. Clouds or streaks in the corners. That create an issue for me since edit images on my screen and the conditions is not inline with BackMarkets policy. I was given the option of returning the item to the seller to exchange or a refund. The refund will take a couple 3-5 days and the exchange 5-10 if I am not mistaken and with the level of quality control or refurbishment from Creative Clouds inc. I don't have high confidence that they will exceed my expectation the second time around so now I am faced with waiting an additional week or more to get what I was promised or getting a refund which will and repurchasing which will take almost equally as long. I am not incredibly happy with the outcome but I do not have any choices that will mitigate my loss of time.

    As a computer science student, I needed a powerful laptop that I could run cpu intensive software. The laptop I ordered has been great so far. Compared to my previous laptop my MacBook takes a fraction of the time to load my software and it doesn’t glitch out after using it for long periods of time. On top of using it for school it does great for gaming. The only issue I have had so far is it will not allow me to boot and log into the BIOS settings to heighten the security necessary to create a partition for bootcamp to load windows. —-update—- I was able to wipe my laptop and was able to heighten my security settings and create a Microsoft boot. The laptop is running perfectly!

    everything worked like a brand new system. I had a brief "learning" as I've only had MacBook Pro's in the past, and the mouse supplied with the purchase wasn't recognized by the installer for macOS. Yet, I had a Magic Mouse, switched to it, and voila... it just worked, like all Macs.

    No issues with the laptop yet. Although I did realize today that they put a big thick sticker on both sides that covers the entire outside of the laptop making it seem like there are no scratches or scuffs. I took it off and it revealed that it is in fact in fair condition. With sticker residue from the previous owner and some scrapes.

    After around 2 months or so of having this in satisfied with my purchase. The laptop is fast and has worked flawlessly except for a minor spaz of the mouse that did not recur. Laptop arrived to me with grey surface-wide stickers over the original laptop finish so I wonder what those hide but so far I’m happy with the purchase!
