    I really like the value you get at Back Market. It allows you to get more for your purchase than buying new. Condition of the iMac was great, and as a bonus it arrived earlier than projected. It’s not my first purchase from Back Market and probably won’t be the last.

    The 2020 iMac is a powerhouse now that the Genius Bar at the Apple store brought it to life. I could not do anything to start it because it arrived with an interrupted update condition making it impossible. That left me hanging for a few days which is now in the past and all forgiven.     I had to replace my 2011 iMac due to a failing graphics card and was very hesitant to do so. I used it everyday for music production and was not prepared or ready to replace it. That being said, I am very pleased with the purchase and process and would highly recommend purchasing any tech related items from Back Market. Here is a rundown... PACKING/SHIPPING: The iMac was shipped in a very safe manner and protected inside by some specially formed plastic filled air bubble-tube things that completely cradled the computer. It was very well protected and professional. I was also surprised at how quickly it arrived. It was ordered on a Friday and was out for delivery the following Monday. I did live only a state away from where it was coming from but I still felt it got here very fast. Communication and tracking was immediate, clear and often. A signature was required for delivery with this but I feel that is actually a good thing. CONDITION: I am on a budget and opted for a "Fair Condition" iMac. I could find no visible marks, scratches or any other indication that this was any different from an excellent condition option. The computer booted right up and was ready to set up within seconds. After updating to Ventura OS and setting a few preferences everything was good to go. I am very happy with the condition and have no concerns with the physical appearance or operational functions. Everything works and looks as if brand new. ACCESSORIES: This shipped with the power cord, a non-Apple keyboard and non-Apple mouse. The power cord was needed because my old computer used a different angled cord and would not work. I already had a magic mouse and Apple keyboard from the old computer, but the Accessories are more than capable and will be kept for backups if I need them. OVERALL: I am very pleased with this purchase. From the shopping to the final purchase, the entire experience was simple and easy. I was able to find a computer with better specs than what I was looking for, at a price that was much less than what I had budgeted. I also have confidence in the Back Market customer service should I need it in the future. RATING: 10 / 10, A+++, 5 STARS I will absolutely buy my future tech from Back Market again.

    As with my other Back Market orders, I'm very pleased with this new computer. It is in excellent condition and functioning great. The only item I'm disappointed with is the keyboard. It will not sync with the computer and feels kind of cheap. It's fully charged and turned on, but does not appear in nearby devices to pair it. I've tried a few things, but just don't have time to figure this out. Using an old keyboard for now, but the wasted time and money (as I'm sure price included a working keyboard) definitely negatively impacts my Back Market experience.

    Computer is everything I expected! Runs amazing, looks great. I’m only one day in, but so far it’s perfect! Runs better than my new order from Apple last time. I ordered the “fair” because I didn’t realize what that meant. (First time ordering from Back Market and I didn’t read the notations.) But so far I’ve only seen one teeny little mark on the bottom of the stand. So for “fair” value, it has exceeded my expectations!

    It works well and is easy to set up. The only thing I’m disappointed in is that a silver one arrived even though I ordered a purple iMac. I’ll still keep it because it’s a pain to send it back just because of the color and I need it for school. Aside from that I love it. The keyboard and mouse work as well. 🙂 It arrived on time so overall I’m happy with it.
