    The computer seems fine but it was packaged terribly. It was encased in a pretty thin bubble mailer. I’ve never felt a bubble mailer so deflated for lack of a better word. On one side of the box, there was just a single layer of paper between it and the cardboard. The inside of the computer was not clean.

    It came early and was in a pretty good condition. It looks brand new asides from a few crashes which aren’t even bad at all. The only problem is the battery dies really fast so I’ll be replacing the battery. Asides from that, this was a very good purchase and I don’t regret buying from here.

    BackMarket has customer service problems because there is no phone numbers for Sales/Customer Service. Communicate through e-mail and have no way to easily reach an agent who has helped you before. There were sales tax issues with my website purchase. Also missed information that I needed a special wall plug for an iPhone. Had to drive to a local Walmart to purchase it before I could use my phone. iPhone I purchase seems just fine. I'm enjoying it.
