    All is good. working well. There was a small scratch across the from of the charging case. As at the writing of this review I don't know how the wireless charging works because I don't have a wireless charger. I hope its fine. Generally I'm please with the device and will likely order from backmarket again.

    Bad experience. Received phone, transferred data, installed card, phone didn’t work. Needed update, tried that, phone locked. Had to return phone with all my wife’s data on it. A month later I received a credit but no confirmation that this phone isn’t out there somewhere with our critical information on it. Customer service was poor. I will never buy another phone from black market.

    The seller and BackMarket are perfect at taking your money. But not effective at giving refunds event though one follows the rules. It has been ten or more days since they acknowledged receipt of the product and promised a refund. But I have not gotten my money back yet.
