    I'm impressed. Got this phone ("Good" Quality) with 256GB storage and a charging cable for $200-$300 less than anywhere else online that I could find AND it shipped for free in less than 3 days. No screen scratches or cracks which is great. My phone came with AppleCare+ which is cool and everything works including the Face ID and camera which I read some reviews where people had issues with that. Only noticeable issues are very minor scuffs on the edges, which a case fixes, and the slightly decreased battery life which is at 84%. These refurbished technology companies do come with a risk because some phones do come in worse shape than others, but with their 1 year warranty, that eliminates any MAJOR issue with your phone, so this company definitely does it right! A+

    I bought it under fair condition. I received a functional computer but the touch screen doesn't work for the bottom 1/3 of the screen which is technically non functional. I would've been ok with that had it said that the touch screen doesn't function 100% and fair condition is technically just cosmetic issues.

    As soon as I took it out of the box I immediately knew that this was going to be crap. It rarely had any dents on the outside and the screen was perfect. But when I turned it on and started using it, I noticed that the tracking pad was glitching like no other. It kept clicking random things and it was hard to control. Another thing I noticed was the space bar and a couple of keys while typing, were extremely sticky. I was really hoping to get a good computer for school but this was not it.
