    Was very disappointed as I’ve always heard good stuff about BackMarket. Ordered a Gold Refurbished 2017 MacBook. What I was sent was a Rose gold dirty MacBook that was not refurbished as the battery had 400 cycles on it. So I messaged the lack luster support which they sent a shipping label then I sent it back. Tracked the shipping it arrived at there facility waited waited then get a messaged that they could not locate my order then I heard nothing from that point on. Finally had to google there support number cause it is no where listed. Called which was smooth they refunded my money. BackMarket is not bad just have to be cautions with certain sellers. If I had to say anything good is that the shipping was fast and the phone support is good. Just very disappointed in how If I never called properly would have lost my money. School is starting soon and I have to find another place for an affordable laptop.

    The watch looks brand new and has worked perfectly. The battery is at about 86% capacity, so I do have to charge it daily, or more if I am using it heavily. Purchased it for health reasons; it does what I need and am very happy I did not have to pay for a brand new model. Thank you for providing this recycle service and keeping it out of the landfill!
