    We have been very pleased with our Macbook Air. The only issue that we had was the MagSafe 2 charger. Some of the pins were stuck and not charging the battery. I ended up researching this on my own and found that cleaning them with a dry toothbrush and toothpick helped loosed up the sticking pin. I also wiped them with an alcohol wipe. I did hear back from the refurbisher after I had solved the issue on my own.

    this is the second ipad air 2 that i have purchased from back market. i was so pleased with the quality of product and the vision behind back market, rounding up the best refurbishing teams that provide a very transparent and thorough description while keeping reasonable prices given according to the products condition. by selling these newly tuned up products, they are giving new life to something that might otherwise be replaced and forgotten. as these products continually up grade, back market is an excellent site providing very reasonable and recent products that have become more of a communication necessity. i’ve recommended this site many times to parents and friends who have become economically strapped this past year, but still need “a newer model” to stay current with job and school requirements. the most recent purchase (another ipad air 2), i made i gave to my 80yo mother. she was using a second generation ipad that was struggling to accommodate apps that she loved and browsing that kept her in the loop of life. as my own family took some hits financially along with the nation, buying a new device from apple, best buy, amazon etc, was impossible to fathom. browsing back market and refreshing frequently on their site, i was able to obtain an ipad that would more than suit her needs at 70% (!!!!!) of its original price. it felt amazing to give her a gift that i know she truly needed and deserved. it works so well. she had commented several times of the clarity of the screen, the speed that it loads and how swift it is in all of its functions. it gave her a boost in confidence again as she is able to enjoy daily news clips, card games, and zoom parties. i will definitely return to this site as i know technology will keep upping its game. back market is feasible, prompt, varied in selection, available and really holds very high worth to customer service. communicating to you when to expect the product arrival and wanting to know if the product held up to its standards. i’m happy to report the ipad air 2 exceeds it all. also worth mentioning, the first ipad air 2 i purchased over a year ago for my son is running as well as it did the first time we turned it on. excellent condition and complete satisfaction on both. thank you back market for providing opportunity and giving back some control to this chaos. you make it possible to keep communication open by providing affordable options which provide a lot more frustration free experiences with necessary devices. and let’s face it, getting an upgraded device, brings lots of smiles. always a good thing.

    I received my MacBook Air (Early 2014, Good condition) extremely fast and let me tell you... It is like NEW. I don’t like the idea of dropping a grand on a brand new laptop and BackMarket came to the rescue with an affordable and great quality product. This is my second purchase from here and I don’t think I will buy brand new or from anywhere else again. Refurbished is the way to go. I can’t say enough about how great my laptop is.
