    The laptop was nice when first built, but it definitely shows signs of wear. The sound drive does not work, the screen will not dim, making it hard to see in low light, and the camera does now work. So you can imagine that without sound or a camera, you can not use it for online meetings. Sad.

    Surprise! its not that laptop does not hold charge or holds it for short priod of time. It arrived altogether WITHOUT a battery!!! wonder how one sells laptop as "good" condition and labels it as certified refurbished when it is missing battery! What a dissapointing seller!

    I received the computer promptly. After multiple attempts,I was unable to connect to the internet, as I had with former computer purchases. I put in the computer passcode, and made an error and the computer will NOT allow me to update the passcode, so I cannot connect to the internet. Since purchasing, I looked into the "help" that was offered and it asked for pictures of the item, which not being much computer saavy, I don't know how to perform that task. So, I am unsatisfied with the putchase, and it sits here with me unable to use it at all. The price was reasonable enough to consider it a possible "wash" and re-evaluate purchasing from this site in the future. Any other suggestions??

    the computer isn't charging it's going in and out , they either sent a bad charger or the computer just doesn't charge. it's literally charging one second and then stops. I'm not ordering from them again.
