    Product is great! Wish it would have came in original box,as this was a gift. Surprised it wasn’t broken during shipping as just flopping around in a too big regular cardboard box.. As was the charger. Have ordered 3 iPads from back market and all were packaged in original Apple box.

    The quality of the product I ordered was fine. The issue I had was with the very poor packing job that was done. I ordered a MacBook Air and there was only bubble wrap on one side of the box. The unit was not protected well at all. And as it turns out, the cardboard box was smashed on one end in shipping. Fortunately, it didn’t damage the product, but I was not impressed with the care and handling.
