    This laptop came in practically perfect condition even though I bought it as good. Absolutely no scratches on the screen or back, just a few on the bottom. My only complaint about this laptop is how quickly it overheats, but that could just be how the laptop normally is. I would 100% buy from this seller again.

    The computer was fine, but it was advertised as [HP Chromebook x360 11 G3 EDU Celeron 1.1 ghz 32gb eMMC - 8gb QWERTY] and it had only 4GB RAM. It was an error, but I had to take it out, charge it because it was 'dead' (battery), set it up, figure out if it was correct or not, then remove my account from it, factory reset it, take photos, and ship it back for refund. The user issued a prompt return via Backmarket, but if it was labeled correctly, we could've just skipped the purchase in the first place.

    So over all the labtop is in great condition the keyboard could have been cleaner but for the price it’s not a bad deal. Only thing I have found so far is that the windows hello doesn’t work which the labtop is suppose to support per Microsoft. Also my last grip is the labtop is on windows 10 and now I have to do crazy amount of updates to get windows 11. Besides that labtop is great good price and overall and happy with the purchase.

    The Chromebook works great. We did have an issue where it was covered in a black film that started peeling. It was cut in a way to make it look like the cover was flat but it was actually a textured cover. I don't know if this was to try to improve the condition score but it started peeling within 2 hours of use. Once peeled off the cover is fine and the smell from the film dissipated after a few days.
