    quality was way above what I expected for only purchasing a "good" condition iPad. received it in a timely fashion, and overall I have zero complaints! first time purchasing with the back market platform, after my partner recommended it awhile back. 10/10 would recommend and buy off here again. ***also in regards to condition- I expected some dents/light scratches/etc, but there were none that were noticeable, upon initial inspection. basically looked brand new!

    The device quality is really good but from the startup, this macbook was not a good one. It begins to heat up even if there’s not a program open or even if i’m only running safari. disappointing because this isn’t the first time i’ve ordered a macbook up here. the first one had a battery issue, and now this one heats up fast and goes slow.

    Ok so honestly, I paid for an iPad in good condition but there is not a SINGLE scratch or dent on it. You literally couldn’t tell the difference from a brand new one. After shipping, it came in like 3 days? Which is great. I’ve been using it for maybe 3 weeks now and the only thing that happened so far was the home button lagged for a minute. This was fixed by just locking the screen and unlocking it again. It hasn’t happened since. I’m definitely going to be shopping in the future. iPad also came with a charger :)
