    It’s advertised it takes only a couple of business days for your order to ship. It took mine over a week. It took backmarket customer support reaching out to the seller for them to even begin processing my order. The seller would never once respond to the backmarket customer support inquiries. They weren’t willing to upgrade shipping times to compensate for the delay in processing and shipping and they refused to respond just once. Literally no communication. Strongly recommend you do not buy from here as there are other sites like Gazelle, where you get amazing communication and they honor what they advertise. 0/5 stars. Would not buy from again and strongly recommend you don’t either.
