    The iPad was in perfect condition even if it was listed as fair. There was only one peculiar thing which was the back of the iPad that had a wrap (like ones you order on Amazon to customize your iPad) but I don’t really mind cause it makes my iPad look cool. In total the experience was smooth and it arrived earlier than expected. Totally recommend!

    this was a great order, and my first fully delivered order. The device looks like it's new to me. It works like new. Note that I did not buy it for use with Windows. I bought it because it was listed as certified for Google ChromeOS Flex here: https://support.google.com/chromeosflex/answer/11513094?hl=en I loved the little things that were added to it: * The USB wifi adapter * The keyboard and mouse * That windows was already installed (I assume the license key is built into the machine should I ever need it) * I got an extra power cord This was quick and it worked great. I'm planning to go refurbed for all my computer for the foreseeable future. There was only one small issue: the headphone jack did not seem to work. This was one reason I bought this particular machine: it had been vetted by Google's team. Not sure what to do about that yet. Suggestions? Otherwise, I'm very happy. Scott

    I was so excited when this arrived! Set-up was super easy and everything is working super smoothly. It was exactly what I was looking for in a computer and I'm so glad I found it. Everything is in really good quality and was packaged with great care. Only advice is if you could fine more eco-friendly packaging (i.e. recyclable plastics and paper bags for wires maybe?). Overall, great product! Would absolutely recommend.

    Quality seems to be good. It is used and refurbished, but that does not affect the operation of the computer. I had an issue with damage in transit. They stepped right in and corrected the issue within a day. I would buy again.

    Pros ---- * What I actually got was a HP Prodesk __800__ G2 according to Geekbench, so it came with the normal i5-6500 instead of the i5-6500T, which is fine by me. It uses more power but is faster. * The hard drive I got is actually 250GB instead of 180GB It reportedly has over 10 years of power-on time and it doesn't sound too good, but it works and it's more space. * The seller also sent me accessories: (Power Cable, Keyboard, Mouse, and a basic Wifi USB stick). I assumed I wouldn't get any of that, so that's awesome. * Came with Windows pre-loaded so that you get the setup screen when you first boot it. They even included some useful utilities like VLC and Chrome. I ended up installing a different OS (to be safe, and for Linux server stuff), but the Windows loaded on there didn't seem half bad. The Ugly (but expected and not bad) ----------------------------------- * The case is bent on one side. The top closes and there's no structural issues, but it looks pretty bent. Definitely not an issue though. * The RAM (1 x 8GB DDR4 @ 2133MHz) is held in with a rubber band, which I thought was brilliant but funny to see. I guess the springs in the clamps went bad. Still works great, so not an issue. * The MEBx settings in the BIOS were locked with a password. Apparently resetting this is as easy as taking out the CMOS battery and putting it back in but I haven't tried it yet. None of the normal BIOS settings were locked though, which is very nice. Overall Takeaway ---------------- Both the seller and computer were better than expected. I have no issues yet (about 2 weeks in). I'm getting a cheap SATA SSD soon and I'm hoping that will make this really run great.
