    The seller sent me a laptop with a charger but the charger wasn't compatible with the laptop. I messaged the seller and they said that they would send me a replacement charger. **Update**They sent me the charger because I received it and that is why I am happier now. I got to use it finally. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you for sending me the replacement charger. However, I am disappointed in how I couldn't test the laptop right away to see if it works. Unfortunately, I couldn't borrow anyone's else computer during the time I was waiting. In the end everything worked out. I am happy that the laptop came as described and it works great! I will be doing business with the seller again! Thank you so much!

    Refurbished was garbage. I don't even see how this one made it out of their warehouse!! I couldn't even use it. It kept randomly shutting down on me. I did everything I could to try to restart it and refresh it by following all the directions given to me (which, I already knew how to do and did before they were sent to me because I had these exact same issues with my original laptop...hence the reason I bought this one, not expecting any issues). I have already returned the computer and I'm now waiting on my refund.

    The order processing was very easy. My product arrived on time but when I tried the computer out I was disappointed to discover that it didn’t have touchscreen which the seller stated that it came with a touch screen. Everything else checked out but it was missing the touchscreen which was the high selling part for me purchasing the item. I got in touch with the seller who told me to return it but I decided to keep it because I need the computer for work and didn’t want to be inconvenienced. My advice to the seller is to make sure that the product has everything on it that you said it does before you sell it.

I didn't use it for a week or plug it in then opened it up and it had 20% battery left and I used it for an hour with no issues. It's also very light so I can stuff it in my backpack and hardly notice it. Very happy with my purchase! At $70, I don't have to be careful with how I treat it, and I can replace it in a year. I don't expect that I'll have to: it's quite sturdy!
